Our pasta is like us: traditional, varied and simply irresistible.

As our slogan says, "where mum still knows the recipe": flawless raw ingredients are the basis for our pasta products.
Whenever possible, the ingredients used come from producers in Valais and the other Swiss cantons, with whom we maintain close contact.
In our homemade fillings, seasonal "national heroes" play the leading role, inspired by Valais and Italian culture.
